  • Do you have parking?

    Brighton

    • Assigned parking stalls are available at the Chalet.
    • A sign indicating each unit will be displayed before each stall.
    • Parking is two cars deep per unit.

    Coral Springs

    • Two assigned parking stalls in the underground garage.
    • Trailers can be parked on the side of the road.

    Estancia

    •   Parking is in front of the assigned building.
    •   Trailer parking north of Estancia Resort on Gap Canyon Rd.

    The Lofts

    •  Parking is available in the parking lot.
    •  Trailer parking is located by the pickleball courts south of the resort.

    Sienna Hills

    •  Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    Town Center

    • Parking is limited to one-car garage and or driveway.
    • Trailer parking is available at the end of the street.

    Coral Ridge

    • Private two-car garage provided.
    • Additional vehicles can park in the driveway.

    The Resort on the Eight

    • Private two-car garage provided.
    • Additional vehicles can park in the driveway.
    • Trailer parking is available at the beginning of the street.

  • What are check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am.

  • What amenities can I find in your rentals?

    WiFi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and kitchenettes are the most common amenities in our units. Each home has unique amenities, such as private pools and video games. You can find those details in the listings' descriptions. 

  • Is your pool heated? What time does your pool close?

    The outdoor pool at Coral Springs Resort is heated starting Presidents Day and ending after Thanksgiving while the indoor pool is heated year-round. The pools at Estancia Resort, Town Center, The Eighth, and Coral Ridge are heated year-round. 

  • What are the new early check-in and late check-out fees?

    • Coral Springs & Estancia: $50
    • Town Center, Zion Village, Sienna Hills & Coral Ridge: $75
    • The Eighth: $250
    • Pecan Valley: $350
